HUMIDIFICATION OF INDUSTRIAL SPACES PROVIDE A UNIQUE SET OF CHALLENGES.

Many times the space does not have a forced ventilation system, or can have high volumes of exhaust air, or require tight humidity and temperature controls for a process. The injection of high pressure atomized water directly into the space solves most of the control issues. The atomization process is 100% efficient, provides cooling of the humidified air and can operate in high temperature extremes if needed. Locating the atomizing lines near the ceiling of the space where the air is the hottest provides quick absorption while cooling the air. As the air is cooled it becomes heavier that the surrounding air and gently falls towards the floor. This natural circulation reduces the temperature near the floor for the workers, and reduces air stratification in the space.

Control is provided by dividing the space into suitable control zones, with each zone having an individual sensor and control valve. This allows different areas within the factory space to be controlled to different humidity or temperature set points.

A single pump system can provide high pressure water for large industrial spaces, saving the cost of multiple pumping systems. The operating and maintenance cost of the ARP high pressure pumping system is extremely low.
